Start your fitness journey with two days a week intro classes. Our two days a week classes offer you the foundational tools for fitness you will need to achieve your goals. This is a limited time off designed to introduce you to what our classes have to offer. Classes are an hour long and consist of some strength work, mobilizing and cardio. Recommended for new athletes.

2 Days a Week training includes:

  • 15-minute goal session

Join our 3 day a week classes and really start to see change. We recommend no less than three days a week to see real improvement. Classes are an hour long and consist of some strength work, mobilizing, and cardio.
