CUSTOMIZED TRAINING

All training is fully customized and can be tailored to meet your individual needs, no matter what skill level you currently are.

When I began my fitness journey, I started at a standard gym with the basic goal to look and feel better. Unfulfilled in this environment, I eventually discovered cross-training, which was challenging yet very achievable. Every movement was able to be scaled for beginners, which meant that the workouts were only as intense as I wanted them to be.Until that point, I had thought of myself as healthy. When I tried cross-training, it also changed the way I thought about food. Knowing the positive effect it would have on each day’s workout, eating healthier became easier. Looking physically fit is just one side benefit you will experience from this style of training.Now, since becoming very involved with cross-training, I have been able to express my passion through competitions.

I have experience participating in many types: from 5Ks to full marathons; weightlifting meets to CrossFit competitions; triathlons; obstacle races; and more. My most important challenge at this point is to help others achieve their fitness goals as well, and to share everything that I have learned.

I find myself happiest in the gym and around those who like to express their fitness they have achieved there, through new experiences. Personally i love to compete I have experience participating in many types: from 5Ks to full marathons; weightlifting meets to CrossFit competitions; triathlons; obstacle races; and more. My most important challenge at this point is to help others achieve their fitness goals as well, and to share everything that I have learned. I currently hold a Level 1 Certified CrossFit certificate and a Olympic weightlifting certification.
I currently hold a Level 1 CrossFit certificate. My programming can be scaled to meet any and every person’s needs and requirements. From the couch-potato to the advanced athlete – if you are looking for something more challenging than your typical routine, this is for YOU. Most importantly, I want you to enjoy your fitness journey. My training space is fun and relaxed, and that’s the way it should be!

Hi, I’m Jean Marie Maggi and I love sharing my knowledge of yoga with others in the community!

When I started practicing yoga, I had challenges with thinking I was not strong or flexible enough. I also thought I’m too stressed and hyper for remaining still! But here’s what I discovered: I learned with consistency of practicing yoga, I became stronger and more flexible then I ever was. The poses and concentration of connecting the mind, body with the breath also taught me what I learned on the mat is applied off the mat in day-to-day life! Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
